Directions
Ointment
Adults 18 years and older:
For anal use: Apply piloherb® Ointment before and after bowel movements, no more than three (3) times per day, according to the directions below:
1. Gently clean the area around the anus with mild soap and water, rinse and pat dry with a clean, soft facecloth or cotton wool.
2. Remove the cap and replace it with the anal applicator.
3. Gently insert the tip of the anal applicator into the anus.
4. Squeeze a small amount of the ointment into the anus.
5. Gently remove the anal applicator tip from the anus.
6. Remove the anal applicator from the tube and wash it thoroughly with soap and water.
For topical use on superficial veins on the skin: Rub piloherb® Ointment thinly and evenly onto the affected area, no more than three (3) times per day. Avoid exposure of applied area to the sun.
For best results, use with piloherb® Tablets.
Tablets
Adults 18 years and older:
Treatment dose: Take two (2) to three (3) tablets, three times a day, after meals with a glass of water, or as directed by your doctor.
Maintenance dose: Take two (2) tablets, twice per day, for 4 to 6 weeks, after meals with a glass of water, or as directed by your doctor.
Take 2 hours before or after other medication.
For best results, use with piloherb® Ointment.
